Admission Process

Qingdao University invites applications from international students for MBBS in Qingdao University each year from May onwards. The entire application process can be completed online from filing the application to sending the documents to the university to sharing the swift transfer receipt for the confirmation of seat.

The student must fill the application form available on the website and stay relaxed waiting for university authorized representative to go through the applicant details and respond with the guidelines and procedure to be followed to complete the application formalities. The process usually takes 7 working days and within the specified TAT the authorized representative will send you the details on phone or on registered email. It is suggested to re-verify the details before the form is submitted online as no editing can be done once the form is submitted online. Incorrect or incomplete entries will lead to rejection of application. The student must submit the following documents once he receives the confirmation on the application acceptance

  1. Coloured scanned copy of 10th Mark sheet
  2. Notarized copy of 12th Mark sheet
  3. Notarized copy of NEET Scorecard
  4. A copy of original passport
  5. Police Clearance Certificate
  6. Record of Physical Medical Check up
  7. Student coloured passport size photograph
  8. Bank statement

The university, on verification of all the documents and application received shortlists the candidates and processes the offer letter for the eligible applicants. A copy of the same is shared with the student. The student is now required to remit the university fee to the university account and share a copy of swift transfer to be verified in accounts. Once the fee has been received by the university, the ministry is updated as the student is being allotted a confirmed seat. Thereafter, formalities for JW202 (Visa Invitation) takes place which takes another 15-20 days of time. The visa invitation is sent to the student for the purpose of applying visa at the Embassy of China in the home country. The passport, visa application form, JW202 and admission letter of the university must be submitted in original at the Embassy of China, applying for the grant of visa. The granting of student visa in normal process takes 3-4 working days of time unlike the express entry which takes 1-2 working days.  Meanwhile, the student can make preparations and pack his bags. The university authorized representative will take over to assist you in the entire process and once the visa is granted, you are ready to fly. Be sure to report at the university with all your original academic certificates and register yourself as an MBBS student in Qingdao University.  If you fail to register on the said date, the seat is deemed to be cancelled without any intimation and the fee paid shall be forfeited.
